Second Party to the Agreement - the "Lottery System Provider" -

"The Agreement"

Now this Agreement witnesseth as follows:

1. The "Players" (as defined above) and the "Lottery System Provider" (as defined above) agree as follows:

2. The "Lottery System Provider" shall provide to the "Players," at no cost, a Lottery System. The said Lottery System shall consist of 198 lotto games that together shall provide a Guarantee of Three or More Winning Lotto Numbers together each time it is played. In the event that the said Lottery System does not provide the guaranteed result, this Agreement shall become null and void.

3. The "Players" agree the following in exchange for the free provision of the said Lotto System:

3a. They shall play the 198 games provided for 10 (ten) consecutive weeks, beginning within 7 days of receiving the Lotto System;

3b. All Winnings during this 10 week period shall be shared 80% to the "Players" (as defined above) and 20% to the "Lottery System Provider" (LottoMasta International).

4. Winnings for the 10-week period will be summarized by the lottery group and the summary emailed to LottoMasta International, who will use it's own database to confirm the winnings summary. Upon agreement of the sum due, LottoMasta International will email confirmation to the groups representative, who will arrange payment to LottoMasta International.

5. Payment to LottoMasta International shall take place within 7 days of the expiration of the 10 week period, except that if First Prize is won during the 10 week period then 20% of the First Prize will be forwarded to LottoMasta International within 7 days of the "Players" receiving it.

6. Payment to LottoMasta International shall be by "Certified Bankers Draft."

7. It is mutually agreed that after 10 weeks 100% of all winnings shall belong exclusively to the "Players" and LottoMasta International shall have no claim whatsover on any winnings after the initial 10 week period.

Execution of the Agreement

8. All Players shall enter their names, addresses, phone numbers and sign the Agreement; their signatures shall be witnessed.

9. A Representative of the group shall be appointed as the main contact person for LottoMasta International. Details shall be entered in the box below.

10. The completed Agreement shall be Faxed to LottoMasta International (Fax #: 61 755 348 322), who shall acknowledge receipt by email within 3 days. Within 7 days, LottoMasta International shall email the 198 games to the groups nominated representative.

11. Within 7 days of receipt, the "players" shall commence playing the 198 games for a period of 10 consecutive weeks, during which 20% of all wins shall belong to LottoMasta International. At the end of the 10 weeks, 20% of all accumulated wins shall be paid to LottoMasta. Consequent to this, LottoMasta International shall have no further claim whatsoever on any further wins of the group.

 

Legal Jurisdiction

12. It is intended, by both parties, that this Agreement shall be legally binding in any Court of Law, anywhere in the World. In particular, in signing this Agreement all "Players" explicitly acknowledge that they intend this Agreement to be enforceable within the legal jurisdiction within which they reside.
